Nyflextec is an Indian information technology and software development company. We design, develop, license, install, customise, and support business software products including AgniPOS, MeraMed, ManagerJi and related solutions. Throughout this document, "Nyflextec", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Nyflextec; "you" and "your" refer to the person or business using our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use our services. If you are using the services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.
Upon successful payment, Nyflextec grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the purchased software for your own business operations, subject to your selected plan and these terms. You must not:

Nyflextec is a software company. We do not sell physical products. Delivery of access credentials, setup, and installation is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into our products. We process data only as needed to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload such data and for keeping your own backups where required.
Standard support is provided over email and WhatsApp during business hours. Response times depend on your plan. We may release patches, upgrades, and new features at our discretion to improve security, stability, or functionality.
All rights, title and interest in Nyflextec products — including source code, designs, trademarks, logos, and documentation — remain the exclusive property of Nyflextec. No ownership is transferred by these terms.
Our products may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS providers, and cloud hosting. We are not responsible for the availability, behaviour, or terms of those third-party services.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyflextec disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, Nyflextec's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms will not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Nyflextec in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, or misuse the services. On termination, your right to use the software ends, but clauses that by nature should survive (payment obligations, IP, disclaimers, liability) will continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
